Our Story
Rooted in Roswell, Built for Local
Good Neighbor Web Co. was built on a simple belief: every local business deserves a professional, beautiful website — not just the ones with big marketing budgets.

The Founder
A Real Person, Not a Platform
Hi — I'm Carlos, the person behind Good Neighbor Web Co. I'm a web designer and developer based in Roswell, New Mexico, and I started this business because I saw a gap in our community: too many great local businesses either had no website at all, or had one that looked like it was built a decade ago and didn't work on a phone.
I believe that the family restaurant that's been on Main Street for 30 years deserves the same quality online presence as a national chain. The electrician who answers his own phone at 9pm deserves a site that makes him look as professional as he actually is. The boutique owner who hand-picks every item in her shop deserves a website that reflects that care.
When you work with Good Neighbor Web Co., you work with me — not a salesperson, not a project manager, not a rotating cast of freelancers. One person who knows your name, your business, and your community. That's the whole point.
What We Believe
The Values That Guide Everything
Genuine Care
We actually care whether your business succeeds. Not in a corporate-mission-statement way — in a real, 'we live in the same community' way. Your wins are our wins.
Craftsmanship
Every site is built by hand with real care and attention to detail. No assembly lines, no template factories. Just honest, quality work that we're proud to put our name on.
No Bull
Straightforward pricing, honest timelines, and no upselling. We tell you what you need — not what pads our invoice. If a $1,500 site solves your problem, we won't pitch you a $5,000 one.
Local Roots
We understand this community because we live here. We know what local customers are looking for, how they search, and what makes them pick up the phone or walk through the door.
Why Local Matters
Someone Who Knows Your Community
There's a difference between a website built by someone who Googled your town and one built by someone who actually lives here. I know that Roswell isn't just the alien thing — it's a community of hardworking people running restaurants, fixing roofs, cutting hair, and selling the things their neighbors need.
I know that when someone in Dexter searches for "plumber near me," they want a local plumber who'll show up, not a national lead-gen site that sells their info to five different companies. I know the rhythms of this community — when the farmers market season starts, when the holiday shoppers are out, when the summer tourists arrive. That local knowledge shapes every site I build.
When you hire a remote freelancer or use a DIY builder, you don't get that. You get a website. When you work with Good Neighbor Web Co., you get a website built by someone who understands where your customers are coming from — literally.
